Sharing a good day!! (off topic)

uk2
Hi All,

I am always sharing my bad days with my family on here lol and its been 5 long weeks of it, so i thought i'd share two good days.

I woke saturday morning feeling well YEY still had the fibro pains but the flare had gone all the rib hug and muscle spasm from head to toe had stoped no vertigo no pressure behind my eyes YEY!! so i grabbed my kids my wheelchair and my husband ( who we are separated)  and headed for a par where there are animlas too and a play area, wow the sun was shining too which is amazing for the UK this time of year lol and it was so nice to be a normal mum besides the wheelchair, i was alert and could listen to them interact play which normaly i get irritabal and overloaded but it was ok, thank God for days like this, being ill makes you appreciate the normal days and the sun ( only mild) and the outdoors as when your house bound and bed bound you miss it so much.

I even got up and made it to church today as a family, went in on my sticks and not wheelchair, feeling it abit this afternoon but its fibro pain not the MS flares as i feel they are for sure as i can feel the difference between them.

Its days like this that push me on to find an answer and get treatment so i can have more days like this with my kids who are 10,8 and 7.

I hope you all had a good weekend and your all in my prayers and thoughts.

Take care.

sam

Thank you for sharing this beautiful weekend with us.  May you be blessed with many more.

My day improved as it progressed.  Though the church furnace failed and we had to call off services this morning, a friend/coworker came by to look at it, and on the way passed the work van of a friend of his in the business, who lives a few blocks away.  We had the bad igniter out in 15 or 20 minutes, he spent a half hour coaxing the part from his friend, and it took about another 15 to 20 to put it all back together and restart it.  His friend had no idea how much his boss will want for the part, but after coming home, I found it online for less than forty bucks, delivered.

I hope others had as good a day, at least.

Sam,
thanks for sharing the good news - we need to get in the habit of doing that kind of sharing more often around here.  I do believe we all have  moments we forget about this MS c rap and just enjoy the moment at hand.

be well,
Lulu
