Congrats on going for the new job! As for the medical exam I will echo what Lu and Wobbly said and only give the information asked for.
This is important for 2 reasons, Lu hit the first one with grounds for dismissal but I think the other reason you should answer truthfully but with ONLY the info asked for is because of the ADA.
If you answer honestly and they hire you they cannot fire you simply because of your MS. The American Disability Act protects you from this.

You have to answer every question they ask - honestly. If you don't that could be grounds for dismissal.
But you don't have to volunteer any additional information. If they don't ask, then don't tell.
Have you talked to dad about this? He can give you the best advice.
