It sounds like it's possible.  Please call your neuro.

LOL... thanks JJ .. I love your suggestion.  It does seem a little better today, but it is still there.  So, I don't know what to say, or plainly, WHO to say it to........... the darn Dr's are horrible.....  ggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrr

Figeupa, thanks .. for your reply, my breathing comes and goes, but the snug pain is still there.  Depending on how I move to stretch............ when it gets really bad.....

and sometimes just sitting in my chair having a cup of tea...

We will have to see what happens,
Thanks guys, love the support\*hugs*

Its probably too late now to give you some tips for tonights supper but its times like these that you need a fall back in the freezer or cupboard, set it up ready for next time your not up to cooking.

The only tip that comes to mind for the Hug is to lay down for a few hours if you can, something about taking the pressure off the muscles that are working to keep you up right, seems to sometimes stop it, though not always.

Hope it settles............JJ

Sorry you are going through this. Did you try contacting your neuro to see what he might have to say?

Careful with the hug, if it becomes hard to breath you will want to seek medical attention. My neuro told me about it when I went and I had no clue that it could be so dangerous.

I do know that breathing and relaxing helps,
