Hey! Shoot! - I think I missed you before you left, durrnit.
Incase I didn't - Don't you worry yourself over this on/off med bit yet. They should not change you unless your not doing well with the tests (i.e., liver enzymes, WBC, etc.). Your MRIs will be good - I just feel it!!!!!!
Wishing you a very safe to and from Erin and please let us know how you make out.
(((hugs)))

Visited a 14-year-old in the hospital, either last summer or the summer before, who had Crohn's disease, and was having surgery to address some of the effects. Fortunately it all went well, and he's doing pretty good lately. Happy to hear you don't have it. Will pray that the docs see the right choices for you plainly, and can find for you just what will be best. Safe traveling today.
Thank you everyone for sharing in my relief! I am so relieved to have that off of the table and am now a bit nervous to have my MRI's and see the MS specialist.
I have been on the Avonex for 16 weeks and am having a flare including optic neuritis now. What will the MRI say and what will the doctor say????? Will she keep me on it or take me off like they did the Copaxone?
Well at least I don't have long to wait. Tomorrow I will take you all with me on the trip in my mind and my heart so thanks.
I will keep you posted on the Cleveland Clinic visit when I return.
Hugs,
Erin :)
There should be a law of some sort that no one can have more than one autoimmune disease . ....

good luck with your nexxt appt -

I'm glad you don't have Crohn's too. My daughter has lived with it since she was 19 and it is very unpleasant and you don't want that and MS.
Keep us posted

Hi Erin,
I am so, so, so, so pleased that you don't have crohn's. Like you need any other problems :-) . I hope all goes well for you at your MS appointment. Keep us posted.
Cheers,
Udkas.
What good news! I am so glad that you don't have Crohns. Chronic gastritis may be due to your meds since I noticed you also have RA. Anti-inflammatory drugs can cause this type of irritiation to the stomach.
Can you clone that GI guy for us? Just change him into a competent MS Specialist and we'll be set. :-)
Good luck with your MS specialist tomorrow.
Ren
