There is an extensive chapter on MS as well - the preview copy online contains almost the entire 400+ page book that you can read for free.

I just ordered a copy through amazon used seller for about $15, then saw that this is intended for physicians who are not neuros! I suspect we know as much as many GP's and PCP's......
