I second Shell's thoughts and thank all of those who are mothers or step-moms or figurative moms (like Quix)  and give their all no matter what. May you all have a wonderful, peaceful day!!

Enjoy this special time when we honor those women who mother us all - whether that is by giving birth to us, or being special mentors guiding us through life with their mothering touch.

I would especially like to stop and remember all those women who are no longer with us physically, but have left their imprint on our lives.

I agree.  God has been mighty good to us in many ways, but certainly giving us mothers must be right up there near the top of that list.  They deserve special honor, and not just one Sunday each May.
