Alex,
Your post really touched my heart. I think it is so wonderful that Ren was able to be there for you and talk you through things. It shows how special this forum is and the friendships that have formed.
Here's to Ren!!!

Oh, that is so sweet! I'm glad you were able to work on that together.
Do you have some muscle relaxers for that? I have no idea if it's a spasm---just a guess. Sounds awful.
Nazi huh, that's a different theory.
I have thought along a similar train of thought. I figure there is something I am not doing right.
Good for you Ren

Ren is a wonderful person and even when she is struggling on her own behalf she always has everyone else's best interests in focus.
That is why she is one of the co-cl's of this community. Thanks for sharing this with us, Alex.

I am better than November when I had torn connective tissue in my chest. Thanks to Ren telling me to take a pillow a hug it. This is while I was drinking water and breathing into things to slow my breathing putting ice on my abdomen trying heat. Sweating profusely because of the pain then getting chills so my teeth were chattering. While these spasm came in contractions for two hours.
When I called my Doctor she said well you can take these attacks knowing they will go away. I said not really this is the worst pain I have ever been in in my life and I am not sure how many more I can take. I have now had one every three weeks.
The problem Is I have to figure out what is wrong with me. The medical system is so specialized it is ridiculous. No one deals with the whole body.
Well I am going to be sore for awhile and I am so tired. Whatever this is takes everything out of me for days. Even my bratty animals all curled around me last night and demanded nothing. This morning they are still quiet and sticking to me. They know.
Alex
Alex,
Thank you for the compliment but I'm positive you would have returned the favor in kind. You do so much for the forum in general with your clarity about reality and how to improve things , I was happy I could do something for you. I'm sorry it had to be a painful ordeal for you though. I'm so glad you're feeling better and NeHi got with the program.
I also like the dissolving tranqulizer so you can get some quick relief.
Keep us updated and go get that EKG!
Hugs,
Ren
I am so glad that you got through this Alex and it sounded very scary. We are all very lucky to have REN on this forum but sounds like she is a really special friend to you, and you deserve to have her there for you.
Well done REN for helping you through this crisis.
Love and big hugs

hope it doesnt happen again!! hugs tick
Whoa, Alex! I'm now starting to learn what spasms can do, between your description and what's going on with DJ. My spasms are NOTHING compared to what you describe! You're so brave!
And Ren, so good of you to talk with Alex through this.
You both deserve big, gentle hugs and Polly kisses!
