Enzyme incompatibility

by shakeelady, Jan 20, 2007 12:00AM
I make a "morning Drink" every morning for my family that usually includes combinations of the following: an apple, an orange, flax seed, whey, cabbage and/or spinach, almonds, a banana, strawberries and yogurt.  Is there any problem with mixing these items in terms of digestion i.e. enzyme incompatibiltity?
