Question about sodium level

I had a blood test recently to check my vitamins and minerals. I had them checked a while ago and learned I had several deficiences. Today I saw the doctor for the results and he says everything is okay, execpt my vitamin D level is still low and told me to continue taking it. All my other vitamins and minerals are in the normal range now. I asked for copy of the results and when I looked at them I noticed my sodium level was 145. the normal range is 135-145. He said the ratio of potasium and sodium is more important and that it's okay. my potassium level was 4.7.  Is this something to worry about or is it still normal? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but I worry a lot about my health.
