Most Nitric Oxide products are based on the amino acid L-Arganine, which acts as a vasodilator (which gives you the pump.) I am not aware of any possible reproductive side-effects that it would have.
Dilating the blood vessels during a workout enhances nutrient delivery to the muscle tissue. I have personally used several NO products and talk to several people daily (I work at GNC) who all agree that NO products definitely are effective. I'm not 100% sure about what those formulas contain, but I would definitely suggest to take those as directed on the label and feel free to look up anything on the label, ingredient-wise, that you may be questioning just to make sure.
And just for clarification, I don't care if you buy another NO product or not... I work for a GNC franchise, not corporate :)
If you are unable to pronounce the ingredients on the jar - personally I would be concerned putting that into my system. Anything that says it increases muscles or enhances them is not a natural substance and CAN do internal damage.
Check on the internet and do your research - too many people are dying or losing their minds due to a "steroid" type product. Do go by the articles written by the company selling it - research other sources.
Good luck
I haven't consulted my doctor and I don't have a coach. Im quite aware they don't have proven results outside of the 'pump look.' My question was about harmful sideffects.
i know nothing about these supplements, but i am pretty sure you just wasted 300 dollars of your own money on something that's not going to help you achieve the results you're expecting it to. good luck.
what does your coach have to say about this? better yet (wrestling coaches aren't guaranteed to give good advice these days), what does your doctor say about it?
