Have they done testing for an autoimmune disease?
I get these symptoms very severely due to overexercising. Overexercising can really do a number on the body, such as causing dehydration, lack of electrolytes, lack of protien, lack of potassium, low blood sugar, etc.
The muscle soreness and fatigue can get so severe for me that it leads me to feel paralyzed.
I've never figured out exactly what causes it though I know it's due to working out too much and think there are a number of things that go wrong that cause similar symptoms for me, but I do a bunch of things to fix it and one of the things i do always ends up helping, even if it's not always the same thing that worked last time (which is why I do a whole bunch of things because I'm aware all sorts of things give me these symptoms all due to working out too much LOL).
I buy a whole crap load of food and eat it all in a giant feast, all at once. First I drink an electrolyte beverage to make sure it's not a lack in electrolytes that is causing it, because lack of electrolytes do cause these symptoms for me, I also drink tons of water to make sure I'm not dehydrated, because I have experienced these symptoms due to severe dehydration before as well. Then I eat a huge amount of meat because in my experience not eating enough protien can also cause this problem for me. One time I just ate a whole chicken LOL and then I felt better right after. But sometimes it's not that, so I also make sure to eat a whole bunch of carbs, because sometimes not eating enough carbohydrates causes me to feel this way also. I also make sure to eat fruit when this happens, just in case my blood sugar has crashed because I have had hypoglycemia induced by working out too much before and it also causes muscle fatigue although it tends to also make me very dissorientated and shaky. I eat banannas for added potassium.
And after I've eaten all of these things, the symptoms usually dissipate, but if not then I take magnesium pills, have an epsom salt bath and then just rest for a couple days and it goes away. There have been a few unfortunate times where nothing but rest helped it go away.
Another issue I deal with is adrenal fatigue, and my adrenals don't bother me most of the time but when they get really stressed out due to all the physical activity I do, they make me extremely fatigued to the point I feel paralyzed also, so this could be another thing you can look into.
The way you deal with adrenal fatigue is by relaxing, coping with stress, drinking tulsi tea, eating regularily (because skipping meals really pisses off the adrenal glands) and other basic healthy living principles that a lot of people get too busy to do.
The only co-factor you need for Vitamin D absorption is to eat it with a meal than contains fat, and the best way to get it is to just go out in the sun during prime hours for a half hour. A big problem in today's society is we don't go outside anymore.
The symptoms of the disorders you mentioned aren't presnt in me. I haven't been on antibiotics lately. I suspect it's a nutriential problem. I also, suspect that the vitamin d in my blood hasn't been absorbed because I didn't take any cofactors with my vitaD supplement. The strange thing is that my VitaD levels go down quick.. And I wonder why is that?? Now as I said, I'm taking the supplement I mentiond above because it has two important cofactors for vitaD.
Were you on antibiotics recently? Is this new or long-standing? Were you checked for celiac, chronic fatigue, candida, fibromyalgia, all the unusual things? It's a different blood test than the normal one, and some things are diagnosed by symptoms or tests other than blood. Lots of things left to test for than what you were tested for so far, depending on how bad the symptoms are.
