CA-125

i still have a ten percent chance of not having OVCA
CA-125 result was 126
i guess i am going thru the normal diagnostic progression
honestly i still felt like i was punched in the stomach but i am trying to stifle
the anxiety for that ten percent chance
my surgery consult is 7/07 and my gyn strongly suggests they refer me
to the team that has the gyn onc .. and that would be an answer to my prayers :)

my family is leaving for vacation in the morning ... any tips ??
we will be back from the mountains on wednesday or thursday
i will always have u in my heart and prayers dear friends u are sooo encouraging

Again, you have received good advice.  Do enjoy your holiday and try to put this out of your mind while you are gone.  You have a huge rooting session behind you.  Our positive thoughts are coming your way.

Everyone has given you good advice.  The CA125 can be elevated, so keep that in mind. It sounds like a trip to the mountains with your family is just what you need, so go, have a good time, get some rest and hopefully some answers when you get back. Take care of yourself!

Oh Sharon, I know that is not the number that you were looking for, but DO remember that CA125 can be elevated for MANY reasons!!!  Go and have a good time with your family.  Try really hard to relax and have a great time.  I will call you tomorrow and check on you.  I am praying for you dear friend!!!

Please , please, please try not to think about that CA-125.. Your Doctor is doing the absolute best thing in having a Gyn/Onc available just in case.. Don't pay too much attention to those numbers. Lots of things can elevate those results remember?! Just go and have yourself a wonderful time .. You are being taken good care of I think,

with them is all i ever wanted to do with my life
and with the encouragement from so many strong women's stories
here ... i am not as afraid as i could be :)
realistically .. i dont know what i would do without the forum

Sharon, you are a dear, dear soul.  I know you are frightened but do you think you can try to enjoy your time away with your family?  Hopefully, you will find some peace as you wait out this progression to diagnosis.  I will be thinking of you and hope you come back to the forum with good news....
