I'm scared

Ok so I've been having pain during intercourse...my fiance is hitting something up there that hurts 80% of the time. He is pretty big but I don't think I should have this pain. Also if we do a position that causes him to go towards my right side I get this horrible pain that I can't explain. I get this sharp pain on my lower right abdominal side even when not having sex...feels like a knife is digging in along with cramps. Now I was on the depo shot (BC) for 9 mos b4 I got pregnant with my twins (5 years old) it took us 9 mos and we got pregnant. 2 mos after I had the twins I had the IUD put in. It would have been 5 years in sept but I had it taken out in May. They did the STD testing b4 the IUD was put in so I know I was good. I had some pain every once in a while with my ex husband but I know it was from being dry or tense. I would say for about 9 mos now this pain I have has been getting worse and it's def on my right side...I also having spotting and sometimes bleeding during intercourse...and I'm having vaginal discarge. I was put on a gel for a bacteria infection (which I have never had in my life) and it didn't work..so Dr. called in an Rx for a pill...and that hasn't worked...still getting the vaginal discharge with mild odor. I was put on the pill (BC) same day they took out the IUD out and for 3 mos I gained weight and was a wreck. So I went back on the shot a mos ago. I haven't had my period since I had my twins and they put the IUD in. I have a Dr appt next thurs for my annual and to talk about these problems...but I would kinda like a little info b4 I go in on what these symptoms could be.  Please Help I'm scared!

It does sound like you may have an ovarian cyst.  They can affect your period as can breastfeeding if you are doing that.  You need to have an abdominal and a transvaginal ultrasound to check what is going on in there.  Do let us know how it goes.
