ovarian cyst

I am a 41 year old who went for a routine tvus and was told that I have a cyst on my right ovary. The report refers to it as a possibly liquid partially solid honogenius mass and something about echogenic liquid.  It says that it may be a hemmoragic cyst and recommends follow up us in 8 weeks.  I am very worried???

Did they give you dimensions (size)?  It might be resolving and that is why they just want to follow up to see if it decreases.
