can I be going into premature labor

Well I started having like clear watery looking discharge a few days ago and diarrhea for over a week now.. now I only feel him in my mid to lower stomach, when I would pee I would feel pressure and now i'm cramping and the diarrhea seems like it want go away.. Help

Go to hospital.. They will prob put u in over night just for observation n keep an eye on bub.. N if it is premature labour they will give u an injection to stop it.. Good luck.
