Sir,

Im Ener and 27 y/o, i have 2 children, its been a year since my last sexual intercourse.,

I have been experiencing testicular pain for about 2 weeks, sometimes left and sometimes right side.,accompanying this pain is crampy, tired feeling and pricking pain in my left and right leg, mostly on my left thigh.,im not wearing tight shorts or underwears., I went before to a urologist for a check-up and what he tells to me is it is a varicocele.,?,What bothers me is why do my legs affected, why do i feel a crampy, numbness feeling in my legs.,

To add up, before i do much masturbation.,and after ejaculation, i feel like i have to urinate but nothing goes out, i mean dribbling urine in small amounts, maybe 4 times i have to go to comfort room for urination after my ejaculation.

I want to know other causes or probable reason why i felt like this, aside from varicocele., I have doubt witht the urologist, because he wants to urgently do laparoscopic varicoceloctomy to me.

I have other symptoms like yellow color on my semen (started 10 months ago till present), dribbling urination, frequent urination and sometimes abdominal pain.

Please help me sir. this is my email address Ener_1983***@****

Im thinking is this Hernia?, Prostasis?, abnormalities in my kidney?prostate?inguinal? please help me sir,.
