untreatable STD

Im a 27 professional woman with a very disturbing problem.
I started dating my current boyfriend about two years ago.
I noticed that soon thereafter, I started feeling funny down there, I dismissed it.
Then I started having a smelly discharge. I went to see my doc who, after some tests, he recomended some Anti-biotics which I took and the problem dissappered for a while. However, when I had sex with my Boyfie, I got the same problem. We discussed it and he said that as far as he is concerned, he never felt anything wrong with him.

I decided to go for all the tests, HIV, Pap smear, Culture urine and all. The tests only indicated +cells, inflamation  and feacallis. Chlymidia was not present. An An antibiotic  was recomended and I took the dosage accordingly. The smell dissapeared but came back. All this time my boyfie is ok, but always takes the medicines.

There is a time we broke up due to the pressures of the issue. I went for further tests, took the medication and was ok! I even hooked up with another guy, we tested for HIV which was -ve and had unprotected sex and I never experienced the problem again.
However, I met with my Ex, discussed the problem and we are back together. The problem is that the smell is back! It is so bad I dont Know what to do! It reduces the moment I take Anti biotics but comes back slowly. Im at a loss. My boyfriend is clear that he has not experienced anything

My fear and questions are..
1.are there cases of sexual incompatibility, if yes,
2.could this be one of them? if yes,
3.are there chances that it can affect our children? NOTE: Ive once  conceived with his child and we resolved to abort.
4.Or is it a case of an untreatable STD? pliz come to my help, am at a loss and dont know what to do. Ive even taken double doses. The funny thing is that, after the tests my doctors tell me that it is something simple that will be cleared with the Anti-biotics that they offer.

This discussion is related to antibiotics not working?.

Oh and I can't answer your questions without knowing what I've asked above.

It would just be really helpful if your bf would test.

Hi there -

If you have faecalis, that could be causing these problems, but I don't know exactly what symptoms you are having.

It would be helpful if he would just be tested, and even treated, on the chance that you are passing this back and forth.

Regardless of whether he has symptoms or not, he really should do you a favor and just go test.

Have they only found the bacteria in your urine, or have you had an endocervical culture done and see what grows there?
