White pimples of shaft of penis / Gonorrhea?

I am trying not to freak out...  i have my first and hopefully last STD...  but I received oral sex without protection.  5-7 days later started having symptoms of gonorrhea...  slight pain in urination, discomfort in penis and slight amount of puss coming out.  I went to clinic..  was given medication including anti-biotics...  it's 2 and a half days later..  the symptoms are subsiding (still a little puss but it's clear and very timy amount) but now I notice a white pimple on shaft of my penis..  small and not hard.  also now that i am focusing on the area, a few dark spots on my scrotum.  not red..  just dark brown i guess.  may have been there before...  not sure.  now noticing everything.  i am wondering if this could be a symptoms of the lingering gonnerhia? something else entirely?  is it a reaction to the medication?  or just a coincidence?

My guess is that you had nonchlamydial, nongonooccal urethritis (NGU), and not gonorrhea.  Gonorrhea can be acquired by oral sex, but NGU probably is more common.  But presumably a gonorrhea test was done, so you should know soon.

Pimples and blackheads sometimes occur on the penis, and the other spots you describe also don't sound alarming.  I think these symptoms are unrelated to your urethritis or to your recent orogenital experience.
