H1N1 mist for my son

I wonder if there are any risks for my son, he is 2 1/2 with that H1N1 mist, he is going to get it today, and I,ve heard so many things that I don't know what to think now.

if he is immunosuppressed in any way he should not receive the mist as it is live viral

If you have doubts go for the shot. Thats what my daughter has to get because she has asthma. She cant get the mist.
