You should see an improvement, at least on the energy level, from the first dose, at least I did. That is the bust of free T3 you are getting.
I start a month ago, taking it three times a day, and I increased to 75 mg. Doing good on it, so far. I used to take Levo. Most of my symptoms disappeared, I still need to get my latest blood test to see the results on the THS T3/T4 levels.
