Lab test results

I have a question regarding the lab results that just came back from testing my thyroid levels.  I'm very new to this, as it was just found and more tests were done.  Here are my numbers:

TSH - 0.425  (looks like "normal" is 0.47 - 4.50)  Doesn't a low number normally point to Hyperthyroid?  Honestly, I have more symptoms of Hypo and have for quite some time.

FSH - 8.8 (this appears to be within normal range)

Thyroid Microsom AB - 114  (normal range is 0 - 60)  I'm thinking this is WAY too high.

I obviously don't understand what's going on with my body.  With numbers like that, what kind of symptoms should I have?  Like I said, I have none of the symptoms of Hyper (racing heart, hot flashes, etc.)  I tend to be cold all the time, get fatigued easily, have a hard time losing weight (but gain very easily), depression, joint pain, memory problems.  I have an appt. with my doc this coming week to talk about it, but wanted some insight from someone who's been through this before.  Any ideas?

Thanks, Venora.  I'm anxious for the appt. to come.  I know last time I was in there, she mentioned Hashimoto's but wanted to run more tests.  I had never even HEARD of Hashimoto's before, so needless to say, I was a bit scared!!  I've settled down since, and will just wait.  I figured if it were anything life threatening, she'd get me right in.  I'll definitely be back out here after the appt. on Thursday.  Thanks again.

You should test you free t4 and free t3.  If they are at the botom of the range, that would explain why you feel hypo reguardless of the tsh.  Most people feel well when t3 is near the top of range and t4 is in the upper 1/3 of the range. Good luck...

you will need a full battery of antibody tests. I have Hashimoto's and believe me you can have symptoms that range anywhere from hyper to hypo...even when TSH is within "normal" range. I also just had left lobectomy because of a large benign tumor.

Thanks for the comments.  I'm just a little scared, because this is the first time I've had anything come back from a blood test that was "off".  I've been cold for years, but blamed it on extreme weight loss (160 pounds).  I guess being that it was 20 years ago, that may not be it!!  It sounds like no matter what it may be, it's treatable.  Thanks again!
