If your lab's reference ranges are similar to those I see listed frequently, then I'd say that your FT4 level is good and your FT3 is also at a fairly good level also.  If you are not having hypo symptoms, then I'd say everything is fine, even though TSH is  over the currently recommended range, as Hashi said.  TSH is a pituitary hormone that is affected by many variables and, at best, is only an indicator of potential thyroid problems.  Of much greater importance as indicators are symptoms, along with the levels of the biologically active thyroid hormones, FT3 and FT4.  After you have a chance to look over this list of hypo symptoms, please let us know if you have any.  Also, please post your lab's reference ranges for FT3 and FT4.

I'm assuming by FT3 and FT4 you mean free T3/T4?  If so, that is what these results are free T3 = 3.57 and free T4 1.30.  What are some symptoms of hypo?

well, TSH is alittle bit high ( range is 0.3-3) ,which might indicate hypo,
ask for FT3,FT4 instead of T3 and T4,also post the reference range for these !

I would also ask for anti TGab and anti TPOab,which will say whether you have autoimmunity !
