Thyroid Nodules Growing....Now what?
nodule in upper pole of left lobe measures 2.4 x 1.3 x 1.4cm. It is isoechoic to adjacent parenchyma and the size has increased since previous exam. ther is increased vascularity associated with this nodule. second nodule in inferior pole of 1.7cm.
Superior nodule has increased in size x 5mm and the inferior pole nodule has increased in size x 2mm over past two years.
What should be done? treatment or surgery?

Sounds like the next step is a biopsy on the nodule.
Have you had a FNA (fine needle asperation)? If so, please post the findings.
Just want to encourage you to have further treatment,tests and opinions before deciding to have surgery, but whatever you decide... I pray it goes well.
