Could it still be Hashimotos?

I have been having trouble swallowing. I have a sharp pain in the center of my throat when I do swallow. I had my thyroid levels checked and my TSH is normal, but my T4 and T3 are elevated. I was on Synthroid when I was in the hospital for preterm labor. They told me my thyroid was enlarged and also it was enlarged about 3 years ago. Could this be from hypothyroidism? I am also having trouble with my weight, hair loss, and I am fatigued constantly with no energy. I also have extremely high cholesterol and polycystic ovarian disease. I can't get in to the endocrinologist until June. Also are there any other tests my Dr can do before I see the endo?

Update: I had the TPO antibodies tested and they were normal. Rechecked  my TSH- normal, my total T3-high, and my T4-also high. My throat feels swollen between my collar bone and the middle of my throat. I really don' t know how to feel for thyroid, but it feels puffy and swollen. With these results of my test, and my other tests are always abnormal as well, I am lost.

I have also found an article which states that the condition with normal TSH level and elevated T3 and T4 level is common if the person has multinodular goiter where one or two nodules producing hormones in constant rate without regard to the TSH level, (called nodules with autonomy.) However such condition is common only among middle aged  people who were iodine deficient in their young age, developed goiter as a result of this, and later started to consume iodized salt.

It's kind of guess but some symptoms are very similar to the postpartum thyroiditis.

Usually Hashi will show enlargement of the thyroid - but TPO are usually high. What is your TPO level?

I think if possible you should check with the endo daily to see if you can get in earlier. Cancellations happen daily - and if you are flexible - I would jump on the first one you can.
