Droopy Eyelid/vision prob and Thyroid

Is a droopy eyelid with vision problems (focusing) related to Thyroid; and if so, is it Hyper or Hypo?  Has anyone had this problem, and what tests do you recommend?

Thank you!

I'm Hypo and when I was at the doctors Wednesday, he talked about my droopy eyelids (they have been droopy my whole life) but commented that usually you don't have droopy eyelids until your TSH is really high.  He felt better after I told him I have always had droopy lids.

I had this problem two years ago, my left eyelid drooped and I had vision
problems too. I have Graves disease. The drooping resolved after about six months
for me. I've had many other eye issues since then, but I believe I went hypo from
meds and that's what started my troubles. I think either hyper or hypo can cause
eye problems, but it's usually from hyper. Your doc should check your levels and
maybe refer you to an eye md.       Take care
