First, some of the tests your doctor is running are not required. A Total T4 test is old and less acurate. The T3 uptake test is old. The thyroglobulin test was not needed.

The Free T3 test is a modern test. A Free T4 would have been a good test.

Now, your Free T3 result; it can be "within lab limits", and still show poor test results.

Your antibody tests indicate you probably do have Hashimoto's.

Is there a plan to start you on medication?
Have you had your adrenals checked by running cortisol tests?

If your throat is bothering you an ultrasound of the thyroid gland may be helpful. It may also help you get diagnosed and started on treatment.

You need to rule out adrenal problems first. If you have adrenal problems and thyroid problems both, the adrenal issue needs to be fixed first.
