Giving Up - Hypo Thyroid

I have been on medication for my underactive thyroid for 7 yrs now, and I am not responding.  I have to go to the Dr today because my TSH was 111 on Friday's CBC and my WBC is at 24.  I am tired of fighting a losing battle, any suggestions.

h i 'm having trouble taking my thyroxen , the tablet for under active thyroid, i've just had hip reolace ment,and they put me on warfarin a blood thinner i was on it 3 months also heprin, they told me i could not take my tablets while on the warfarin,
       i'm now off it and have started back on the throxin but its now having a side affects,
i get heart palpitatios , when i en hale cold air it brings on the palpatations, dry hair, nails,constipation, and other things , i 've gone off taking it and i'm breathing much better but i know i need the thyroxen. any one out there with side affects and what do i do. judy

Did you mean 2.4 WBC or 24 ? If it 24 then it is quite high. Can you tell us what dose you are on and the thyroid test results for last 6 months and your doses. Have you checked thyroid antibodies ?
