The antibody test results you posted above, are both markers for Hashimoto's. While Hashimoto's is, typically, associated with hypothyroidism, early stages are often characterized by periods of hyperthyroidism swinging to hypo and even normal, before settling into permanent hypo.
You need Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin (TSI) to diagnose Graves Disease and you don't have that one. Graves is always associated with hyper.
What symptoms do you have?
What are your actual TSH, Free T3 and Free T4? Even though they may be "in range", they may not be where you need them to be.
In Australia, the blood test for Graves is called TSH receptor antibodies (TRAb). I found this out the hard way. I scrolled through the RPCA (Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia) Manual - Complete Pathology Test Listing just to make sure and Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin (TSI) is not listed.
