Do you or your doctor have any reason to think there would be a pitutiary issue?
Any trama to the head or "off" scale LH tests - or liver issues?
It would be up to an Md to determine the state of your pituitary, although by my own condition, it looks to be Thyroid, your pituitary send a signal to your thyroid (This is the TSH) When your TSH level rises its an indication your thyroid is not producing enough hormones, hence the drop in Free T4, So the higher the TSH the more Hypo you become. Tsh is a rule of thumb and most experienced thyroid doctors (Endo's) go by Free T3 and T4 these are the actual hormones your thyroid secretes. I am not up on the T3 T4 readings like other members here, I am sure they will respond also. The American Board of Endocrinologists advise to follow newNormal Tsh levels as .3 to 3.0 The older standard was 05 to 5.0 Good Luck FTB4
