You won't feel it right away but it won't take too long. I think it took me 8 days to start feeling better and by day 13 I felt back to normal. Can you tell I was excited to be back on my meds too?!! I was so excited to take my medicine I actually set my alarm for 5am and skipped to the bathroom!

I think Synthroid builds up in your body, but I'm still betting you will be feeling better just knowing you have it!

No idea about the meds, but I'll bet just knowing you have Thyroid hormone in your body will give you a nice placebo effect until the real deal kicks in :)
