Thanks everyone!! all your thoughts and prayers came through for me, I'm not sure of all the Dr. said or if I even understand it all but I heard BENIGN that was good enough for this visit,  He told me it was my choice if I want it removed he was leaving it in my hands to think about!!!  He thinks we should take the watch and wait approach,  If it or they grow another 8mm then he said surgery for sure! He said they are growing faster and alot larger than they would expect for someone my age (39) But the decision is mine and to let him know what I want to do, He told me also that the surgery would not be to relieve any symptoms that I am having because he does not think anything is related and that the surgery would be only to relieve future anxiety and stress I would have about watching and waiting!!
I feel very relieved and  somewhat confused  this is what the lab report said.

microscopic Examination
Specimen shows variable colloid, small and large groups of follicular cells. There are also many macrophages containing round pigment present

Cytologic Diagnosis
FNA thyroid:  cystic follicular lesion, favor nodular hyperplasia with cystic change.

If anyone understands this I would appreciate some explanation if you can
when I get time I'm going to search the net for some of this maybe after babies are in bed!!

It just hit me a while ago, NO CANCER!  Just broke down and started crying.  Especially when I went to Eileen's post (es72) she has cancer.  Took a little extra time to thank God for your great news and answering the prayers that were sent up!

still wish I understood that report though (I've gotta start researching)
