I'm still alive and . . .well, that's about it.  Think this 100+ heat has fried my computer.  Have been trying to get on here for about a week and the stupid computer just wouldn't let me.  

Am still crazy swamped with work around here.  It is 5:53am here and I'm still up, haven't been to bed yet.  Am sooooo behind on the garden stuff.  Been snapping, slicing, and dicing veggies all night to can today.  My poor hands.  They are cracked so sore I had to take a break and let the Neosporin soak in.

Hope everyone is doing well.

The Armour is still working great for me.  My favorite part is not having to wait the hour before I eat in the morning.  I would get busy and forget or I'd be so hungry I'd eat the first junk I could get my hands on.  Now I just melt it under my tongue and go on with my life.  It's terrific.

Am also able to work for many hours now every day.  WHOOO HOOOOO!!!!!!  Am usually outside from about six to ten every evening working my rear off.  The weight loss has slowed down though.  Seems I'm stuck at 22 lbs.  

I miss you all and think about you and pray for you constantly.  I have a friend who has just taken the RAI for Graves.  Just found out after the fact.  Have told her about all of my friends here and tried to get her on here.  Will continue to work on here.

Would love to get a PM from you, Cheryl, or any of my friends.
