Yes.

If your adrenals are fatigued or your thyroid is irritated, a lot of exercise will make matters worse.

Thanks.  One more question.  Would intense aerobic exercise have any effect on these levels?

I have been exercising 3-5 times per week since January and recently took up spinning.

Yeah, that's low. If it slides lower you will be having trouble.
You should probably ask about having your Adrenals tested.

I should have mentioned it before, sorry.

The various labs use different ranges when they measure these substances, and you need to list the lab range used to see what the resulting number really means.

My lab uses a range of 0.58-1.64 when measuring Free T4, so your lab is using a different range.

OK, your T4 is below limits, which means you are very low on that hormone, which should be making you Hypo.

Your Free T3 is the important hormone, and it's just a guess, but I'm guessing it is about right. It should be above the halfway point on the range used.

Your TSH is very good, indicating you are not Hypo.

The problem is, you will not be able to sustain your Free T3 level for long with your Free T4 so low. Then you will go Hypo.

Why is your Free T4 so low?
Good question. Might be mild thyroiditis. Might be antibodies interfering with hormone production. Might be an Adrenal gland issue.

You should ask for antibody tests.
A Thyroglobulin antibody test. (TGab)
A thyroid peroxidase antibody test (TPOab)

It depends on a lot of variables.

First, how low is low? There's low normal, and then there's LOW.

If you're on meds, the kind of meds you are taking may keep your Free T4 low.

You have to look at TSH, Free T4, and Free T3 together, and then take into account ANY medications, supplements, or vitamins you are taking, or lacking.

We need more details to answer that question without simply guessing. Sorry.

Could you add any details?
