So what does the thyroidians think about the Green Bay trade with Brett Favre?

I am a cheese head packer thyroidian -

My feelings - I believe after you "retire" four times from a job and then come back  "for one more"-  eventually  the job won't want you to return.

Sounds like Brett may have a bit of the thyroid brain fog going on these last few years I wonder what his TSH is??

I say -move on Brett - if that's what you need to do. You should retire as planned.  That 20 million to just stay @ home sounds good to me!

     I am a cowboys fan. But Brett should have stayed retired.  He is just trying to stay young i guess.  Afraid of turning 40 some day.  He will if he lives that long. So just might as well retire now and enjoy watching the game or doing something within the field of football. Coach or something.  Anyway thats my thoughts.

Well.. I'm a BEARS FAN, but I'll give my two cents here... He has been saying that he was going to retire for quite awhile now and I started to tell my hubby that I think he just liked to see himself cry or whine for that matter!! Well you know what Mr. Farve?? You definitely have something to cry about now!!! Damn them though... should have traded his @SS to the BEARS!!

Here in Steeler country we don't much care, but...OK...I think Brett is really cute, played a pretty mean game of football and should take the money (all 20 mil!!!) and run all the way to a retirement village in south Florida.

...though I do love the cheeseheads almost as much as the terrible towel!!!

Truly I like watching football every Sunday. I like the PAckers - but what I really enjoyed was the team stuff.

Brett is going totally against the grain of team here.

He whinned 3 yrs ago that "He played as a Packer and would retire as one too!"

We'll so much for words!

No one kicked him off the team - he chose to go 3 x's in 3 yrs and now he is back boo-hoo-ing for support from the Wisconsinites.

I just can't go there!

Mine has an extremely high I.Q. and yet he can't close a kitchen cabinet door after he opens it.  His comings and goings are such a dead giveaway.

I thought it was too early for football but the other day I drove by where the Giants practice and they were there, so I guess not.

Honestly, football leaves me clueless.  I always feel people who can follow it must have a good sense of math.  There seems like so many numbers to keep track of, no?

Only football is my son's Pee-Wee/Junior Football which you have reminded me Stella, he needs cleats by 8/11 .. at this early age of 9-10 they have practice ev. weeknight from 6-8 the whole mo. of August.   YIKES .. cleat shopping today or tomorrow!!!!!
