still having a lot of acid problems

Okay so I am still foggy clear headed. My mind still works. I think my acid is really bothering me. I am doing probiotics and vitamins a couple times a week. I don't know if my anxiety is making my acid worse? Even if a take an acid pill I still have issues swallowing, because of that lump. Any ideas on how to calm down?  Mags still not cutting it

LOL thats funny hen i was a kid I used to drink pickl e juice all the time, my family was like eww, but it helped. I know stress is off. My cold that ive had for three weeks is finally leaving me. so maybe now I can start to relax. I did have one heck of a week with his mom almost dying, root canal and a period. Ouch I felt horrible. Thanks for the advice. :)

OH !!!

but when my stress level is up = the acid is still off the charts.

haven't totally been able to blow all the stress off though.

Just not in my personality. :)

Hi cynnie

I am still on the fence with this stuff too. I have been doing very well - ( Knock on wood - a whole four days)

This is my take for me on this.

I find GI block up ( you know) could be some of it - I still "go" everyday - but I find when I empty totally - I feel better with acid.

If I drink lemon water - "pickle juice" ( I know ......crazy)  and thing HIGH acidic - that has also helped.

Doubling up a couple of times a week with probiotics and digestive enzymes help me too.

I have chalked it up to PH imbalance and foul intestinal sludge from a slower digestive function from the disease.

So far if I maintain that - I feel better.
