Usually this is a sign the you have high Acive T3 in the system> Do you take hypothyroid medication? You say you had that issue in the past. Are you taking meds for that right now too?

When I was hyperthyroid in 2003 I thought it was the best thing going on ( I didn't know I had it then)LOL

I was active - energetic, I slept 2 hrs a night and felt great!. Everything was emaculate in my home and life. I thought to myself: "What are these other 40ish year old women talking about? " I feel great!. ( I was 38 years old then)

All of a sudden things changed quickly for me. I developed a tremmor that looked like I was an addict. I developed panic attacks that diblatated me. My liver became very toxic. I never slept well and my heart was beating out of my chest constantly. I was thyroid storming over Graves disease.

Hyperthyroid is not quick. Its a slow progress and the faster you get it under control the better. In the end, this disease whether HypoT or HyperT will cost you less dealing with it in it's early stages - then waiting until things get so out of hand - you have no choice but to deal with it.

Yes, I get that when my body swings to hyper mode. I know you don't have insurance, but I highly advise you see an endocrinologist who specializes in thyroid. My endo does not take insurance, so I saw him without a referral. I do believe there are other doctors like him who will work with payment plans.
