I tell you do NOT try the Green Vibrance with water. Yuck, big mistake. Low acid OJ made it tolerable. Jan214- Your vision of the drink is pretty much on the money but I felt better after I managed to get it down than I have for a week so it was worth it. (Could not do it with water only though).
Well, I drank the Green Vibrance today. I mixed it in with a glass of Pomegranate/Cherry juice and it wasn't too bad. The juice was really sweet so I think it helped.
I just stumbled on this by accident but I am glad I did. I know next to nothing about digestive enzymes and it is something I am going to look into thanks to you all. So many of us on the ovarian cancer forum have horrible digestive issues due to chemo drugs and GERD and acid reflux are also HUGE problems. I eat a yogurt that is supposed to help but it only does so much. I hope this green vibrance tastes better than it sounds. I am envisioning a yucky green shake that looks like it was made out of grass. LOL I hope it isn't that kind of thing. Seriously though, thank you all for this information.

I have my thyroid still....I have digestive issues from being hypo.
I am curious- I did not have any problem with reflux until after my thyroidectomy. When did eveyone else notice this problem appeared?
Thanks! I'm heading out to see if they sell it at the Vitamin Shop by my house. No more pills!
My digestive issues have resolved since I have been on green vibrance. I compared this product to many and found it to be the best in my opinion. I am tired of spending so much money on individual items when this product has so many. I take it more faithfully too! :) I just mix mine in apple juice. I get mine at health food store but have seen it on line cheaper.
Do you notice that drinking the Green Vibrance stuff helps with heartburn? I take Enzymatic Acidophillos Pearls, one each day, and it's not really helping with the digestive issues. I'm willing to try anything other than the Prilosec. I've been concerned about the whole calcium issue while taking the Prilosec. The only kind I can tolerate is citrate and apparently I'm not absorbing any of it.
People with digestive issues need to try digestive enzymes and apple cider vinegar.
I now take a green vibrance drink that has all the digestive enzymes, pre-biotics and probiotics, etc. There are a lot of natural things that can help all the diff digestive issues.
I am one person who hates to take meds....why??? Because I am a researcher and I read every prescribing information sheet that comes with those meds....and I see the horrible short and long term effects of some of these drugs. I also read medical journals.
Now don't get me wrong...there is a time and place for some of these meds, and some save lives. We all know that a lot of drs are prescription pushers because they are taught how to treat symptoms, by the pharmaceutical companies that are teaching our med students. We are more of a treat the symptoms society, rather than find the actual problem and fix it. Quick fixes aren't always the best answer.
Oh boy, I didn't need to see that! I took Nexium for 18 months because of severe GERD. That was before all the thyroid stuff. Now I'm on my 4th week of Prilosec because I just get constant heartburn if I don't. The doc said what to do instead of taking these was to lose weight. But I can't afford to lose weight, I'm already thin enough. Now what do I do????
And to think.....I got on here this morning looking for the definition of a heart palpatation because mine is beating hard off and on and I wondered if I should call the endo. Now I'm gonna go the rest of the day with a pounding heart and heartburn. Yippie!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously though, that was good info.
