New on Armour, slight palps, tired, small noddle

Have first lab results on Armour, tried synthetics before. Labs look OK, but still tired even tough I have slight palps at night. My throat hurts too. Was on 120mg to start. He did not put me on the 'steps' - 120mg all the way! Was too much so I decreased to 90mg after 2 weeks. 5 week Lab:

-free T3 is 3.24, range (2.30 to 4.20)
-free T4 is 1.02, range (.71 to 1.85)
-tsh 1.24, range is (.30 to 5.00)

Had a neck scan - small nodule .6x.4x.7cm  ok for now, docs says check again next year, too small for biopsy.
1)Had heterogenous appearance, WHAT is that?

2) Should my tired symptoms be going away soon? Has anyone been hypo with palps (hyper) 5 weeks into Armour?

Doc didn't have time for my adrenal questions in what seemed to be a 'timed' office visit - I hate that!!!!! (Docs hate the internet, but if it wasn't for it, half of us would be sicker, or dead!)
3) I don't know if I should just start taking DHEA for adrenals on my own, as I failed the light in the eye test for what its worth, and I'm still tired on Armour.

Many questions, thanks

How much Synthroid were you on before the switch? Your FT3 labs looks pretty low for Armour right now, but you can't push a higher dosage if your adrenal levels are off.  Ft4 is low too.

Way - Wrong - Reference - Range on TSH - if your being based on that - you are not getting enough meds.- but shouldn't increase without adrenals looked at first.

I wouldn't start adrenal supplements on your own without proper tests. Too much can go wrong withour knowing for sure where you need to be at.

A few things you could try -

Have you upped your Vit C yet. You could move up to 3000mgs to support yourself

Are you taking around 400mgs magnesium  - 200 morning/200 night?

What supplements are you taking?

don't worry about 1)Had heterogenous appearance, WHAT is that?  - it is OK

Your symptoms of being tired is a sign of either adrenals being low or under medicated with Armour. Which one is a guessing game until the adrenals are tested correctly.

You look undermedicated still. Normally a patient that is optimal on Armour, will have a supressed TSH making them look hyper, Free T4 should be mid normal range, Free T3 level should be high normal range.
Probably why you still have hypo symptoms.
