Test results and ranges may vary from one lab t another so it is important to always compare results with ranges from the same lab. So please post the ranges shown on the lab report for those results.

Just because the test results were within the "normal" range does not mean that everything is okay. The ranges are too broad for that to be the case. It will help us if you will post the actual results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.
I am on no medications as of yet. I will be going to the dr in about 2 wks. My dr re ran the test and tsh was 0.006 and my t3 t4 were in normal range. In the past 8 yrs I have had debating whether I was hypo or hyper. No weight lose, but I have no energy, muscles hurt joints hurt. I keep headaches serve enough all I want to do is lay down.
Can you post the actual tests you had? - Were those free T3 and Free T4 tests?
You are right that the thyroid is part of the endocrine system and all hormones are linked.
Are you on any medication for your thyroid? If so, what type and dosage? It's impossible to say whether you are "on the edge of a crisis", without further information.
If you are on thyroid med, it's not unusual to have a TSH that low. My own TSH stays at < 0.01, but I am no where near crisis because my actual thyroid hormone levels are good.
Have you had any tests, other than TSH? In order to comment more fully on your situation, we would need to know your Free T3 and Free T4 levels, since TSH is a pituitary hormone is not the best indicator of thyroid function.
Have you been tested for antibodies to confirm or rule out an autoimmune disease - Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Do you have nodules on your thyroid (these would be found via an ultra sound)? If you have nodules, it's possible that they could be leaking hormone independently of your thyroid; this could make you swing back and forth between hyper and hypo. It's also possible that your thyroid is actually still producing hormones in "spurts", making you swing back and forth.
If you have results for other thyroid function tests, please post the results, along with the reference ranges, since these are lab specific and must come from your own report.
