DO ANYONE of you experience vomiting and nausea like feeling wnen one come down from a giant-wheel ride or columbus ride.
DO ANYONE of you make humming noise during sleep at night and have body-ache as well ,-as if the whole body is crashing down.
how many of u have light-headedness and in which hour of the day,how many times and when???

What are your most recent labs like?  You have a thyroid condition?  Sorry, but I've missed a few posts and was wondering.

I had severe nausea and swelling/body aches when I was hypo. It took almost 6 mths on upped med dosages to gain stability and start to relieve symptoms.

I have nausea like you descirbed. Doctors think it's because of the anti-cholesterol tablet, I really have no idea why. But look out if I am in a supermarket! Clean up on Aisle 3, might happen one day soon!
  I do get very light-headed and dizzy too. Especially toward the end of the day, evening, and before bed time. I was told to eat something when it happens, but it makes no difference. I am good on iron, best I have been for years, so it isn't that.
  I still think it is my adrenal glands but no doctor will believe me on that one. I always get worse when ever I have had bad stress.
