What kind of dosage am I on now

if I am taking 150mg  for 6 days and 100mg for the 7th?  
I was on 150mg and100mg taken on alternative days.. Gee its a mission keeping track of these pills..

I hate to sound old and feeble, but you might want to look at different types of pill organizers.

I have a one week pack with seven flat containers with four compartments each. They're even marked Sunday-Saturday, and breakfast-bedtime.

They are nice for two reasons. If you can't remember if you took the pills five minutes ago, you can just look at the day's packet and either the pill(s) is/are there or you took it/them. It also eliminates a lot of confusion and putzing around if you take several meds.

And if you forget what day it is, you can just look at the pill organizer. :)

Ooh, I feel for you.  It's so automatic for me just to grab that pill bottle in the morning. . .I had to seperate it from the rest of them b/c first thing in the morning my eye sight isn't that great and I was always getting the wrong pill.  But to have them changing 2 seperate doses at a time when and everything. . . .  YUCK!

Hang in there, I promise it will get better when they get things normalized for you.
