Weird Eye Sensation

This may be completely random and unrelated, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway.
Ever since I had my TT, I have had a bizarre sensation surrounding my left eye.
It's not a pain, twitch or numbness exactly just a weird sensation kind of like I need to stretch the skin or the muscle.
It comes and goes with no real rhyme or reason and it doesn't affect my vision, but it is driving me nutty.
Could it be related to the position my head was in during surgery, the surgery itself, lack of thyroid or something else, or am I just crazy?

I don't mean to beat a dead horse, and if no one can help, I'll let this thread float away into oblivion, but I am freaking myself out something terrible. . .


my doctor mentioned that my right eye is larger than my left eye. . .
prior to that I told him about the weird twitch/sensation i've been having since the surgery.
he said not to worry about the twitch unless my eyelid is drooping. . .but if one eye is bigger than the other then isn't the eyelid drooping?
i never noticed this before, I've  been going through old pictures and sometimes I see a difference and sometimes I don't.
now i'm freaking out what if the twitch/sensation is related to this size change and what could it be. . .I don't want to be a person with numerous health problems. . .

now i'm freaking out that I could have something else wrong with me
MS?  a Neurological disorder?   something worse?  too much synthroid?
nothing at all?
too much time at the computer?
anxiety?

I asked my doctor about it today, and he said not to worry unless the eyelid droops. . .and then to let him know.
He didn't tell me why, now I'm obsessed with my eyelid.

my eye does water some of the time, but not all of the time.
so weird!!

I have that exact feeling ....well  I think I do, does it make your eye water ??

Mine does and I have been so worried about it, its almost like pain but only lasts a short time.  I cant even explain it but I hate it and it is driving me nutty too.
