It's probably your TSH that is 400. TSH of 400 would indicate extreme hypothyroidism. However, in order to confirm this, you should have free T3 and free T4 (not total T3 and total T4) tested as soon as possible. If those tests confirm that you are hypo, you should start meds right away.
