crazy thoughts about hyper

How much weight do ya'll think I can lose by Wednesday, Jan 16th? They say I am hyper now so maybe I can lose some weight before my surgery on the 16th! I'm trying to look on the bright side of things....On the downside my heart feels like it is beating out of my chest, I am nauseous, that barium did a number on me yesterday, I was up all night in the bathroom,,, I feel kinda disconnected, I can't leave work because I am here by myself (co-worker is off because of shingles) but my jeans are looser today!!! YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! I wish I could stop these crazy thoughts....I also wish I could call my DR and see what the results of the barium swallow and the thyroid scan are. His receptionist is impossible to get thru....she is like a linebacker and you are NOT going to talk to the nurse or anyone else besides her..please, ignore me,,,,I am feeling kinda crazy right now....can't wait for Wednesday,,,I think.

OOPS!! I didn't know that  you  lose muscle...I sure don't want to do that. I feel nauseous, I just came back from more blood work and ekg. This cough is driving me crazy, the RN did tell me that he looked at my chest x-ray and thyroid scans and he thinks the thyroid is pressing on stuff in my neck and causing the cough. This has been a roller coaster ride for me,,,,not one I care to repeat. I just want it out and over with. I am wondering if the dizziness (lightheadness) could be from the thyroid pressing on an artery that supplies blood to my brain? My ears are fine,,,the ENT said they were clear., I hope this surgery will fix all the problems I have had that nobody could find a reason for, (they never checked my thyroid)
Th DR I am using is the only one in Monroe, LA that does this type surgery I think,,,everyone reccommends him for it. The hospital said he is the best in the area. I sure hope so...
