Need More Help!

In addition to having swollen glands, I forgot to mention that I have tremors.  Sometimes I shake uncontrolably.  I have not been able to sleep through the night, and can't wait to get in bed as soon as I get home.  I am starting to see that I may have suffered from this for years.  Please respond with any info you have.  God bless!
