Confused: Thyroglob. and Thyroid Perox Numbers

Hi! I am new to posting so pls bear with me =) I went to a new Family Doc. cause of pain in chest, difficulty breathing, fatigue, anxiety, trouble concentrating, forgetfulness and yet another sinus infection (thought I was getting old at 36!). She did some blood work and viola! it said my Thyroglob. is 311 and Thyroid Perox  is 185, which based on report are high, but my TSH is 1.360, which is normal. The tests were done in May and she made me go back this week to do more tests to see if my hormones leveled off. Personally I feel worse! I feel like my brain function is slowing down terribly and have even less energy then before!!! As a single mom this is scary for me cause I dont have the energy to keep up with my boys. The Doc. said when I get the results I will then have to come back in 2 MORE months for more tests and based on those results she will THEN consider giving me medication. She currently says I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis but wont give me medicine to alleviate the symptoms. HELP!!!! Is this normal?!?!?! Are Doctors supposed to take a wait and see attitude with Hashimoto's thyroiditis? I feel like I am gettin worse. The anxiety is getting really bad, as are the breathing difficuties and pressure in my chest and I now have to sleep almost sitting up cause I feel like I cant breathe. I have read some and it seems like I have all the symtoms - please let me know what you guys think. I am feeling lost, which is adding to the anxiety, and have no one to turn to for help...

I don't think she has done those. What is a CBC. I did a search on T3, doesn't look like she did that. She did the basics. She did the Thryroid even tho I had just gotten blood works from another doc and that doc an internist said my thryroid was fine just 4 months ago. I think my fear is excalibating the anxiety. I also had a sonogram. The report says the thyroid is "normal size and homogeneous in texture" but there is a small cyst on either side of it, which is affecting my breathing. I think the doc is taking a wait and see becuase she thinks the hormones will level off. Is that possible? Cause I am feeling more and more run down.

Get a copy of your latest test results and post them.

Sadly, proper treatment is sometimes slow for a reason.
Find out what tests have been run, including other panels like a CBC, and in particular find out if a Free T3 test was run.
