Hi,
I've been on Erfa for quite a few years now. Love it! Feel normal on it.
The thing with switching from 1 brand to another is that the dose conversion may not be exactly the same.
If you've been on it for 6 weeks may be time to check your levels.
Hi there. Will give Erfa some time then. Sorry for the water retention thing, I honestly thought men suffered that side effect too. Thanks for the input. Let you know how I do.
Will do. What about the brain fog....with NT. Any of that happen to you? Great so we get blessed with water retention too.
'I am retaining liquid or gaing weight Especially on my legs'
Men in gereral dont get that. Muscles aches yes..that takes time.
- I think that is a question more perhaps for some ladies on Erfa. Like Stella - PM her?
Hi, I have been on it for 3 weeks. I use to take 1 3/4 gr of NT and di pretty good as far as the muscle aches and energy, but I had major brain fog and noi memory or recall. Pretty bad, would forgar on Eet everything. It also gave me anxiety and nervousness sweats and all. So far on the Erfa the emotional rollercoaster is way better, but I am retaining liquid or gaing weight Especially on my legs, and I am having muscle aches again. ???
Been on Erfa for 1 year 3 months. Feel the best ever after 12 years on all the other thyroid meds.
Every one will feel worse at first when changing meds. Takes a while for the body to 'recognize' the new thyroid hormone in you.
How long have you been on Erfa?
Brain fog is the least in years now on Erfa, pretty much non existent.
Just a note: It takes time. I was still improving even after 8 months on Erfa.
