Desperate For Help With Labs and Symptoms

I have been struggling with this thyroid problem for over a year now.  I can't seem to get my levels to a point where I feel good for a long period of time.  I should include the fact that I am very med sensitive and require small increases.  My problem is this, I am still struggling with a lot of hypo symptoms but I also have a lot of hyper.  I know Hashimotos is an up and down roller coaster ride and that sometimes people who are hypo can have hyper symptoms as well.  My concern comes from my current lab results.

Levels in January
TSH - 7.160 (0.340-5.600)
Free T4 - 0.69 (0.61-1.12)
Free T3 - 295 (210-440)

Levels in March
TSH - 4.090
Free T4 - 0.77
Free T3 - 353

Levels 2 weeks ago
TSH - 3.200
Free T4 - 0.84
Free T3 - 447

I just raised my meds 3 days ago from 62.5 to 75mcg but my Free T3 has me concerned.  Obviously the meds are helping slowly but why is my Free T3 going so high?  I have all the usual hypo symptoms but my main concern is the anxiety, dizziness and hot flashes I am getting.  Can stress affect your Free T3?  I must add that the past few months have been very difficult.  In January my husbands grandfather passed away, in February my husband was in a terrible car accident.  He was hit head on by a semi and the semi drove over our van.  He ws ok thank God but was injured and off work for 6 weeks.  In March after a long battle, I lost my Grandmother. Can all my stres be causing my Free T3 to go up or am I having all these anxiety problems because my FT3 is too high?  Any input would be appreciated.  I am so tired of all this and just want to feel better!

That is a thought....maybe you had a nodule secreting extra hormone. I would call your Dr and get his input....and maybe he will rerun the labs at 4 weeks.
You can suffer symptoms when either level is too low or high.  Your free t4 and tsh says you need more medication.  Let us know what your Dr says.  :)

I have not talked to my doctor yet.  He was out of the office yesterday so I will try and call back again today.  Maybe it was a lab error, or maybe I was having a hyper moment from the Hashi's.  I just wish I could understand and felt better.

the labs look a little strange to me , TSH isn't low, free t4 is low and free t3 is a little high..being on t4 replacement i would think your free t4 would be higher in the range, especially since the free t3 is up. what does your dr. say about these labs? your symptoms look hypo/hashi!

What med are you on dani?   Free T4 converts to Free T3.  It is important to have a proper ratio between the two. Are you on a T4 med only?

Here are my current symptoms:
1. Fatigue which can be quite severe
2. Headaches
3. Inability to lose wieght
4. Cold
5. Hot flashes
6. Dizziness (not room spinning but feeling like I am off balance)
7. Tingling
8. Muscle twitching (can be anywhere but mostly my legs)
9. Anxiety
10. Mood swings
11. Depression
12. Just an overall sense of not feeling right

I am so tired of this.  I have 4 children and work full time and all these symptoms all though doesn't look bad to read is desroying my life.  I don't know what to do or think anymore.  I have been tested and tested for everything known to man and the only thing that is ever wrong is my thyroid.

yes - it can trigger FT3 levels to be higher - BUT it also more often is you are converting well off the T4 hormone.

What are you actually experiencing in symptoms?
