low TSH

My TSH is 0.04 ansd I am taking Eltroxin 150mg/100mg - alternating.  I have high cholestrol and high blood sugar
I am not sure my treatment is ideal. I am now thinking of buying T3 online as it is not available in Thailand where I live. What do you advise?

Eltroxin right now is in a big debate whether the med itself has the proper dosages with every fill.

I would consider switching off that and either going to Synthroid or a T4/T3 med as in Armour.

Thanks for that. yes my TSH is too low but I don't feel good either- all my old symptoms have returned such as feeling the cold, sluggishness and weight gain!

It is not the best idea to buy T3 online. Both T3 and T4 tablets have what is called narrow therapeutic indexes which means that the dosage required to get a therepeutic/good benefit is very close to the dosage required to have undesirable effects. Taking too much T3 can cause heart problems or even land you in hospital. However, if you do decide to buy it ask your doctor to help you decide how much to take and arrange regular blood tests. Looking at your TSH that you posted shows that you are taking too much Eltroxin - your TSH should be between 0.35 - 3. Ask your doctor to lower your dosage. Perhaps just the 100mcg every day. This may help you/fix your problems without having to buy T3.
