If you had bloodwork done a month after stopping your levothyroxine, you should probably repeat the blood tests a month after the last round of tests.
It takes six weeks for the levo to clear your system. The blood tests you had run do not reflect the true hormone levels your body will be at in another month.
It sounds like your medication drove you hyper, which produced these symptoms. You should have been tested before you stopped the levo.
A TSH of 3.9 is rather high, indicating that you are slightly hypo now. It will probably be higher in a month and you will be put back on levo, possibly a smaller dose.
The body changes for many reasons. We need to have our levels checked every three to six months. YOU need to have basic thyroid blood work every 6-8 weeks until you get this straightened out. I hope you get it all sorted out quickly.
Tremors and sweating are concurrent with having Hypothyroidism. Did the doctor adjust your dosage? Maybe you don't need to be on the dose you are on? Are you resuming your meds?
What were your last test results? Those would help.
Sorry so many ?s but I think a few of us are going to need those to be a bit more helpful. Please post back so we can help you further.
